JERK Box
The JERK box is made of 20mm thick multi-layer panels that can withstand tremendous pressure as a way for athletes to focus on improving impact. Fitness boxes are available in four splits with heights of 6/15/30/38cm, with sturdy internal support for ultra-safe stacking, and stacked fitness boxes are most commonly used in weight training.

DESCRIPTION
The LIVEPRO Jerk Blocks support the athlete in learning and improving the Clean and Jerk. The blocks can also be used for increased deadlifts, step-ups or box jumps. The 4 different heights of the blocks allow to store the training weight in 8 different heights. The block with the lowest height should always be used as the top block.
Made of 20 mm structural plywood they are able to withstand heavy loads. Each level has its own set of roller blocks at each end, so dropping the barbell safely is no problem, it will not roll.
